Highest Worship of Shiva for Highest Peace
Rudra is often thought of as another name of Lord Shiva. Baba says that the 'Rudram' hymn is in fact the essence of all the Vedas. It signifies oneness (ekathwa) between namaka and chamaka. Namaka emphasizes detachment whereas chamaka connotes desire. Evil is to be discarded and good is to be desired. Both are essential and imperative for peace at all levels, from the individual to society to Nature.
Here are a few glimpses of the Athi Rudra Maha Yagnam (March 1- 12, 2015) in Brindavan captured by Radio Sai's volunteer photographer T Sreenesh.
