Parthi Yatra of devotees from Prakasham District

The devotees from Prakasam district (Andhra Pradesh) reached Prasanthi Nilayam on 24 September to offer their love and gratitude to their beloved Bhagawan. Continuing to make their annual pilgrimage to the abode of peace, this year the devotees brought as an offering a musical presentation and a drama by the youth and children.

That evening, 'Sangeetha Sevamani', Dr. Dwaram Lakshmi (Prof of Music, Padmavathi Mahila University, Tirupathi) enthralled the gathering with her Carnatic vocal recital. She was accompanied on the violin by 'Sangeetha Sevamani' 'Violin Kala Deepika' Smt Challa Prabhavathi, (Principal of Venkateswara College of Music, Tirupathi), Sri Parupalli Subramanyam on the Mridangam and Sri Alugolu Satyanarayana on the Ghatam.

On 25 September evening the group presesnted a drama entitled 'Seva Aradana', bringing out the salient features of Bhagawan Baba's educare philosophy.
