Radio Sai Telugu Stream Fourth Anniversary Celebrations

It is festival time at Radio Sai! We are celebrating the fourth anniversary of the Radio Sai Telugu Stream with a two-day live broadcast from our Studios in Prasanthi Nilayam. As you may know, Radio Sai Telugu was blessed by Bhagawan personally in February 2011, just weeks before He left the physical frame. With His grace, it hit the air waves on the occasion of Guru Poornima on July 15 2011.
Telugu Stream 4th Anniversary - Day 01
Today, the first of the two days of special live broadcasts, is completely dedicated to programmes by children and for children. And as you can see from the images below, our studio is flooded with the pure innocence and infectious enthusiasm of these children. The theme of the day-long children's broadcast today is, 'Baba Jeevana Charitam Divya Prema Bharitam'. We share below the special signature tune of this event, recorded in the voices of 5th and 6th standard students of the Easwaramma English Medium School, Prasanthi Nilayam. In all about 100 children are participating in this programme, with over 70 of them coming from Sai schools from across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States besides children from Higher Secondary, Primary and Easwaramma Schools in Parthi. A variety of programmes are lined up, such as:
1. Dramas based on Swami's childhood
2. Quiz based on Swami's life
3. Bhajan Antyakshari
4. Talks on Vyashti, Samasti, Srushti and Parameshti
5. Lessons from Mother Nature
6. Quiz based on Swami's padyams, anecdotes and sayings
7. Impact of Vidya Vahini on Children, Parents and Teachers
8. Lessons from Sai System of Gurukula education
9. Special musical program on Swami's literature

Telugu Stream 4th Anniversary - Day 02
19 July 2015, we will have programmes presented by our volunteers from across the two states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Participating in the programmes will be long-time devotees, office bearers from the Sri Sathya Sai Organisation, students and alumni of the various campuses and of course our own Radio Sai Telugu Team. The theme for this broadcast is: Sri Sathya Sai Anantha Prema Vahini. Again, a variety of programmes are lined up which include:
1. Panel Discussion on Swami's Projects
2. Dramas written by Swami
3. Insightful reflections of Mrs. Vijayakumari
4. Discussion on Bhagavad Gita ('A Way of Life for Youth')
5. Special Program on Unity of Faiths
6. Swami's Message on the Vedas – a presentation by Swami's students from Prasanthi Nilayam
7. A Special Musical Tribute to all legendary musicians who have been physically blessed by Swami
8. An interactive session with the Burrakatha group
9. Live phone-in reports of Seva from Godavari Pushkaram
10. Live Concert by eminent All India Radio Artistes and Music College Alumni
