I immediately realised that this was a lesson in faith for me from this poor lady in this remote village, far from Prashanti Nilayam, who had never seen the physical form of Bhagavan but yet experienced His presence constantly. I immediately fell at her feet and said “Mother, Bhagavan has given me a lesson through you.”

There are thousands of such spiritually evolved persons who may be physically far from Bhagavan, but are spiritually close to Him. When I returned to Prashanti Nilayam and recounted this experience to Bhagavan, He just smiled at me and said “Devotees are everywhere.”
