HEALING TOUCH - "Charming Little Pramod Sparkles Again!"
“Every morning was agonizing. Worried of the next day we never slept peacefully any day. The tremendous pain that Pramod underwent while answering nature’s call was too much for us to endure day after day. His cries would break our heart!” said the father recalling those horrific days. As a mother, Jyothi’s ordeal was in fact most heartrending. “I do not remember sleeping or eating during that period; our attention was on him constantly... more |
SWAMI AND ME - "MY LOVING GOD"
Swami said, “See, she is a mother to you, a wife to your father, a daughter-in-law to your grandfather, a sister-in-law to your uncle, and a mother-in-law to your wife. See how her role changes. But look at Me. I am a mother to you, a mother to your mother, a mother to your father, and I will be a mother to your wife - the ‘law’ factor might change but my love, which is like a thousand mothers, will never change.” ... more |

H2H SPECIAL - My Life, My Soul, My Cosmic Christ
I was drawn to Swami actually in 1975. I was living in Greeley and there was a very lovely community which is probably sixty miles down the road. I had a friend there and one day she said that they were doing a spiritual programme at the community centre.... more |
GET INSPIRED - "THE BLUE BALL"
Like most gorgeous sunny days, it was warm and beautiful, and things around looked magnificent. Even clouds in the sky seemed to be all smiles. In the distant horizon, one could see a man, a tad weary, walking along a path through the middle of a vast corn field. Michael seemed to have walked kilometers and days in search of something quite significant. One could see there was emptiness in his soul for his eyes looked sad. You could tell that their journey so far must have been long. It was obvious from the way he carried himself in dusty clothes and worn out shoes.... more |

SERIALS - "SPIRITUAL QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS - PART 28"
Prof. Anil Kumar: Swami! Kaikeyi had sent Rama to the wilderness on the eve of His
installation as the crown prince. What was Rama's attitude to her? Generally, it
would be one of hostility, wouldn't it?
Bhagavan: Rama is the embodiment of Dharma, the personification of tranquility. Under no circumstance did He hate Kaikeyi. It was only after bowing down at her feet... more |
SAI SEVA - "How a Journey of Hope and Love Began From a Terrible Train Tragedy"
It was pitch dark as the Coromandel Express hurtled towards its destination. Running
for thousands of miles, this super fast train connects two major metros of India,
Kolkata in the East and the city of Chennai down South everyday. On February 13,
2009 it set out to do the same routine too, but with a twist of fate, it turned
into a tragedy. On that day it departed from Howrah (Kolkota) at 2.50 p.m. and proceeded at its usual fast pace covering nearly 70 kilometres every hour with minimum stops.... more |
PHOTO GALLERY - "Scattering Auspiciousness and Joy"
Swami says the shell of the coconut represents our body and the white kernel inside is the divinity within. And the outer skin on the shell is our various desires and tendencies. Only when we remove these undesirable traits, and destroy the feeling that “I am the Body” will we be able to open ourselves to the vision and sweet experience of the Pure Lord. This is the profound lesson; let us remember this and reiterate it to ourselves whenever we perform or participate in this ‘fruitful’ ceremony passed on to us from our wise ancestors... more |
