Description
Isn’t Savitri, who could win her dead husband’s life back a woman of Bharath?! Isn’t Chandramati, who could put off the wild fire by the strength of her truth a woman of Bharath?! Isn’t Sita who could prove her chastity by entering the fire, the daughter of Bharath?! Isn’t Damayanti, who could burn the evil one to ashes by her anger a woman of Bharath?! Isn’t this land that is surrounded by the seven seas, fertile with the purity and sanctity of the Bharathiya race?! This treasury of great thoughts and feelings, Isn’t this a teacher for all nations?!! Bharath held a place of being a teacher to all other countries of the world.

Dinakaraudu Shanthudai Toche
00:04:00Sun appears clam and peaceful, Days have become short with fierce cold winds! Farmers sing collecting the harvest in the dim moonlight, The harvest grains look like pearls!! The chillies acquire the bright red colour, The marigolds are in full blossom, The houses are full with the wealth of harvest, Thus comes the gorgeous month of Pushyami!! Sankranti begins with shorter daytime and longer nights.

Parama Pavanamaina Bharathavaniyandhu
00:02:52In the sacred land of Bharat, the quality of patience is highly valued!! Of all the vows the vow of adhering to truth is considered the greatest!! Of all the feelings, the feeling of love for mother is considered the sweetest!! Honour is given more importance than life in this country!! Putting such noble culture to shame, one is adopting the naked sword of foreign culture and its senseless freedom!! What a shame!! Bharatiyas, today, are like the elephant that is unaware of its strength!!

Bharathavani Guru Sishya
00:04:47In this great country of ours, the sacred relationship between the teacher and the taught has now become extinct. Truth and discipline, which are essential to good living, have become scarce. Devotion and self-confidence, which should be the primary ideals in our conduct, have disappeared. Moreover, desires devoid of responsibilities, have flourished. Forbearance is the primary feature of our lives. We should be interested to cultivate respect for truth. In our culture, respect for one’s mother is regarded as even greater than one’s own life. In such a country, alas, the morals, traditions and attitudes, prevalent in foreign countries have been adopted by us today. We are completely immersed in superficial appearances. How shall I tell you? The children of mother India do not realize the strength of their own traditions, like the elephant which does not know its own strength.

This land of fighters have been able to drive away the western rulers and gain freedom from their hands. This land of Bharat has produced great scholars who have earned reputation all over. Our country has shown great strength in creating and maintaining original literature, music and science. We have also produced great arts that have been appreciated all over the world. Such is our land, the land of Bharatha, the reputation it has earned. Such is the conduct that has been put before the rest of the world. Boys and Girls, Children of this Great country, the responsibility to preserve, and protect the reputation which our country has earned, rests on your shoulders."
